Hello all-

Is everyone getting ready for the holiday's?  This is just a busy time of year for one and all.  A friend of mine posted a video of herself sharing her daily feelings of Narcolepsy.  Everyone may think this is easy to do, just get in front of the camera and talk, but when you are talking about a disorder that is not very well known or comprehended it is more difficult then one might think.  I want to personally thank Rachel for allowing me to post this video clip and to share it with all my visitors.

With all do respect to anyone out there, No one can really understand what a Narcoleptic must deal with daily.  People can get an idea of what it feels like, but that is only when you hear stories from other Narcoleptic's and how their life treats them.  But I must say Rachel does a really great job of trying to explain and help individuals feel what a person with Narcolepsy deals with on a regular basis.  When you first look at the video clip it looks a little dark, and I said that to Rachel, but then as Rachel responded to me, I realized that is actually how a Narcolpetic feels a majority of the time, tired and dark and gloomy.  Just sit back relax, don't fall asleep, but do relax and watch Rachel describe how she feels with her Narcolepsy.

Rachel talks about her living with Narcolepsy!

Best Regards In Health,
